President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appointment of Sen. Basheer Garba Mohammed as Federal Commissioner, National Commission for Refugees, Migrants and Internally Displaced Persons. The report indicates that he replaced Sadiya Umar Farouk.
Other appointments include Chioma Ejikeme as Executive Secretary, PTAD who replaces Sharon Ikeazor now Minister-designate and Kashifu Inuwa Abdullahi as Director General/CEO, National Information Technology Development Agency who now replaces Dr Isa Pantami also Minister-designate.
The news was broken by Bashir Ahmed, Personal Assistant to the President on New Media, through his Twitter handle earlier this evening.
