Boss Mustapha, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation has charged the Ministers to commence work immediately on the 2020 budget.
Mustapha disclosed that the National Assembly have been assured of receiving the budget when they resume from their annual recess in September. “You are expected to familiarize yourselves with the Permanent Secretaries of various Ministries and within this period, set out to work particularly on the budget”.
The SGF assured the Ministers that the ministerial mandate for them to work with the Permanent Secretaries will be sent out shortly to guide and enable them coordinate.
